The San Francisco Training Partnership (SFTP) is a collaborative of 3 agencies providing homeless individuals with customized short-term training, life-skills workshops, paid transitional employment and job placement assistance. The collaborative is between lead agency Goodwill, Swords to Plowshares and Northern California Service League
