$12,000 underwrites:
Ten months of paid training, support, placement, and retention services for a job-training participant interested in a retail career.

$8,000 underwrites:
Six months of job placement, skills development, job coaching, and retention services for one participant moving from welfare dependency to jobs in administration, eCommerce, and technology.

$5,000 underwrites:
Free eight-week training and job placement for one student in our Bayview Hope Truck Driving Academy. Graduates get jobs with an average starting wage of $15/hour.

$2,000 underwrites:
Hardware and software to adapt one training computer for sight-impaired job seekers.

$1,000 underwrites:
Career fair for 500 job seekers who are re-entering the workforce following incarceration, welfare dependency, or homelessness. On average, 200 of these applicants land jobs within a month.
